Our two-storey family villa from the sixties has brought joy to many generations. The surrounding 6,000 square metres of land will guarantee our guests the same peace and quiet.
The large private garden is a fantastic experience in every season. Up to 8 guests can stay in 4 bedrooms across two floors (a fifth bedroom is available on request): the house is ideal for large families, two families or groups of friends.
The panorama is priceless: in the distance, you can admire Lake Maggiore and Monte Rosa.

The garden
6,000 m² of nature, sun and quiet
On the terrace leading to the south-facing garden, you can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. The two granite tables under the pergolas (one at the top, one in the lower part of the garden) are the perfect spot to spend warm summer afternoons in the shade of the vines.
The large Argentine-style BBQ area completes the picture. And the grotto with its rustic wooden ceiling and fireplace awaits you for a cheese fondue or a game of cards.

Novaggio is a charming little village of 700 inhabitants perched above Lake Lugano. Lake Maggiore and Monte Rosa can be seen in the distance. Everything is just minutes away: bakery, grocery store, ice cream parlour, restaurants with pizzeria, football pitch and inline hockey rink.
